Caretaking and Coffee
Oxford HealthCare is looking to meet people who have a heart for caretaking – and hope to find some of them at Big Momma’s Back Porch on June 21. All skill levels are invited to the come-and-go event, which is scheduled for June 21 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Stop by to learn all about our culture and new mission – We Enrich Life – hear from current employees, talk to recruiters about available positions and sign-on incentives, and more. Attendees can meet and chat with our Director of Home Care Services, In-Home Services, and Consumer Directed Services.
Plus, enjoy a cool drink from Big Momma’s to celebrate the first day of summer along with giveaways and goodies from local businesses.
Helping Others and the Community
“We have job openings throughout our service area, but there is a strong need for home care services right here on the north side of Springfield,” said Denise Dunaway, Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Oxford HealthCare. “I know first-hand that northsiders, specifically, are already invested in this community and want to help. We want to get the word out, not only regarding the needs of people who may literally live next door, but also about the power we give our employees to choose their hours. Even visiting one client a week can completely change their life.”
Added Kim Sisk, Director of HCS/IHS/CDS, “We are looking for people who have a heart for caretaking – whether you have parenting skills, professional skills, or just a passion for helping people. Our team is full of that passion and says they feel like they were born to help others. If that sounds like you, then I hope you’ll stop by and see how you can help us with our mission to enrich life in the communities we serve.”
